CLOWN AROUND STEPS 1-3

So I have had several emails received since posting the clown make up from Saturday. I thought I’d share some tips to Halloween masking with your own make up. I used all the normal products I put on my face daily. This is make up that is going to stay on already, and easily washable as well. The black part was simple a pencil eyeliner, a lot of it. :> The red was a cream red eyeshadow I like to use on Razorback game days, paired with a shadow that suppose to set like concrete when applied appropriately. It’s a thin red powder to begin with and the cream shadow is applied first. I simply added blue and yellow eyeshadow to my eyes, and eyeliner for all the black accents. I didn’t use any stencils, I believe the idea for Halloween make up is-Don’t Over Think It! Just go with the flow, and know it won’t be perfect, but it’s how well you wear it. Not all the lines will be straight, but you can step back and get an all over symmetrical view. Have fun, use your resources, and SPRAY YOUR FACE WITH HAIRSPRAY!! Let it dry and do it once more, and that tip alone will help with all make-up durability for this scary night. I had slept all night with my face still on when I woke, and I know it was the hairspray and using products already meant for the face. No paint, no eyelashes. Choose one thing to be bold, in this case it was my eyeliner instead of my eyes. Happy Halloween!! xx The Brooklyn Kidd
